Mr. Szabolcs Takács, Deputy State Secretary for Political Security of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in his speech that political, economic and cultural relations between the two countries are excellent. He emphasized that the recently opened Hungarian Trade and Cultural Center (HTCC) in Rabat plays a very important role in strengthening these relations.
The Ambassadors of Angola, Algeria, Egypt and Japan took part at the event, as well as several representatives of Hungarian political, economic, cultural and sports life. The African-Hungarian Union was represented by President, Mr. Sándor Balogh, and the Moroccan-Hungarian Business Council was represented by Vice-president, Ms. Helga Szabó.
