-May 17, 2011, The President that was speaking to the press shortly after his arrival in Luanda, for a visit of some hours, said that currently Madasgarcar is going through a stabilisation process and there is interest in holding elections. This interest in holding elections, he said, impelled him to talk with the international community, mainly Angola, that is a member of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC).The visiting President also said that he seizes the occasion to seek possible opportunity for commercial exchange between the two countries.
