Nigeria is an evolving African country, since it is has a vast amount of fossil fuels and gas supplies in the world. For the creation of food self-sufficiency and to stop the masses from evacuating the countryside in favor of living in the city, they are planning to construct a plan to develop rural areas and to modernize the agriculture by asking for the help of experienced Hungarian specialists. There are many projects involving the help of Hungarian experts, such as the development of machinery.
The one who will welcome the Nigerian delegation will be Makkai Lilla, the head of Hungary’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Development, Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance, and they will visit several family farms and large-scale factories.
