Cameroon: New coach outdoors first team

French man Paul Le Guen, who officially put pen to paper, Monday, July 27, as the new trainer of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, has published his first squad. The 22-man team will face their counterparts of Austria come August 12 in an intentional friendly programmed for Vienna.

It will be Le Guen’s first outing with the Lions and first outing with an African national squad as a coach.

A close look of Le Guen’s maiden selection shows that Modeste Mbami, Landry N’Guemo, Achille Webo are making a come back into the Lions’ den after being absent for a while.

These players are due to join Le Guen in France come Sunday, August 2, where they will begin warming up before departure to Vienna for their clash with the Austrian national team.
