Northern Territory Police have been monitoring the arrival of up to 200 Hell’s Angels members over the past few days and will continue to observe them over the weekend.
Police say today’s annual run will cause some delays on roads as large groups of motorcycles ride around the city.
The event will also be the first real test of temporary liquor licensing laws in the territory prohibiting licensed venues from serving anyone wearing colours or insignia related to a known outlaw motorcycle gang.
