It was H.E. Dr. János Perényi, Hungarian Ambassador to Morocco and Mr. Sándor Balogh, co-president of the Moroccan-Hungarian Business Council (CAMH) and founder of the new center who welcomed the guests: representatives of the diplomatic corps and Moroccan business circles, Hungarians living in Morocco and Members of Parliament visiting the country, Mr. Márton Braun (FIDESZ) and Mr. Vilmos Szabó (MSZP). In his speech H.E. Dr. János Perényi gave a short historical insight for Moroccan guest in the events of 15th March and the significance of this holiday.

After this Mr. Sándor Balogh welcomed everyone and together with Mr. Youssef Moulay Alaoui, co-president of the Moroccan-Hungarian Business Council ceremonially opened the new center. In his speech Mr. Sándor Balogh emphasized that with the foundation of the center he is expecting the strengthening and boost of bilateral diplomatic and cultural relations.
